Oooops, did something, or someone, accidentally get deleted? No problem, we’ll get it back. Fill out the Technical Issue Submission Form on the left, and one of our support staff will contact you and establish exactly what needs to be restored.
All ORGx2 updates are done on the server side. We will always notify you in advance if there is any expected window of unavailability, and maintenance will be scheduled during as non-disruptive time as possible. We do a complete backup of your files and database before any update is performed. If following an update, any issues arise, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem.
